fait, le <font color="#ff66cc"><strong>Bonbon Rose</strong></font> ou <font color="#ff66cc"><strong>Bonbon Anglais</strong></font>,<br />c'est un Crumble banane, fraise et rhubarde...</p> <p style="text-align: center;">J'ai appris cette recette avec ma cousine <strong><font color="#ff3366">Nathalie</font></strong>...<br /><font size="1"><em>ben oui, encore une !</em></font><br />C'est bien sûr le meilleur crumble que j'ai pu manger ! <br />Merci encore de m'avoir fait découvrir ce régal !</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Mon voisin Eric ayant coupé sa rhubarde,<br />me voilà fort dépourvue... de fraises ! pour faire mon <font color="#ff66cc">Bonbon Rose</font><br /><em><font size="1">bon j'arrête je suis nulle pour poétiser à cette heure</font>...</em><br />Car voyez-vous, l'inconvénient majeur de cette recette,<br />c'est d'avoir en même temps les 3 ingrédients !!</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Alors à défaut de fraises -<em><font size="1">pas de saison</font></em>- j'ai tenté avec des framboises !</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Dans chaque cocotte, je met quelques petits morceaux de rhubarbe,<br />quelques rondelles de bananes et 4/5 framboises...<br />je rajoute 2 cc de sucre et je mélange.<br />Attention à ne pas écraser les framboises !</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Pendant que le four préchauffe à 180° (6), <br />préparer le crumble... farine, beurre, sucre et une pincée de sel.<br />Comme je n'avais que 4 p'tites cocottes, je n'ai rien pesé...<br />Pour un grand plat, il faut compter 120 g de farine,<br />100 g de beurre, 100 gr de sucre... j'ai donc adapté.<br />Mélanger tous les ingrédients du bout des doigts... <br />Pas trop longtemps, sinon le beurre fond trop <br />et c'est moins joli à la cuisson <font size="1">(je parle en connaissance de cause).</font></p> <p style="text-align: center;">Recouvrir les fruits avec les miettes et mettre au four.<br />Pour mes p'tites cocottes, j'ai laissé 1/4 d'heure au four... toujours à 180°</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Résultat...</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> Ben pas si mal !&nbsp; Les 2 cuillères du sucre ne sont pas de trop...<br />un peu &quot;acide&quot; quand même mais c'est vrai que malgré le soleil,<br />nos framboises qui &quot;remontent&quot; sont moins sucrées que cet été !<br />Mais est-ce vraiment les framboises... ou la rhubarbe ??</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Alors lancez-vous et goûtez vous même !<br />c'est la meilleure solution...
